The objective of this study was to determine the stability of gabapentin (50mg/ml) in SyrSpend SF. The beyond-use date of this product is at least 90 days when refrigerated or stored at room temperature and protected from light. Based on the final potency data, the beyond-use date may be longer.

An in vitro human percutaneous absorption study was conducted to assess the delivery of ketoprofen (10%) and testosterone (10%) from two base formulations, a Pluronic lecithin organogel and Pentravan Cream. For both compounds, a greater rate and extent of absorption was found from the Pentravan formulation.
