Our Global Management Program offers talented young professionals with a pharmaceutical or related master’s degree to get unique work experience abroad.
What is our offer?
The program has been developed to let the most driven candidates gain insight into all aspects of Fagron. You will learn from the ground up, develop leadership and commercial skills and acquire real business experience. You will be working in a global organization with over 1.500 employees, including 200 pharmacists who focus daily on improving tailor-made pharmaceutical care to patients. Join our one year rotational program and you will be supported by a comprehensive schedule of tailor-made training modules and senior management that will prepare you for a key position within one of the Fagron companies worldwide.
Who are we looking for?
You are a talented young professional with a pharmaceutical or related master’s degree and are eager to work abroad on challenging international assignments. You are ambitious, commercial, innovative, creative and driven to push the boundaries in all areas. Work experience is a plus. Excellent English language skills and permanent willingness to accept foreign assignments are essential
