How did you experience working abroad during the Fagron Global Management Program?
"Working in a cross cultural team of colleagues in a country with a different culture and climate pushes your boundaries and literally drags you out of your comfort zone. It makes you see things from a different perspective and is energizing from the very start."
What did you feel was the most challenging aspect about the program?
"Fagron is a rapidly growing international company that offers many opportunities to grow and learn as a young professional. Actively guiding yourself through a traineeship program to eventually find out where you can excel can be demanding at times."
What did you enjoy most during the program?
"What makes this traineeship particularly exciting is the direct responsibility you get from the start. You are sent abroad to work on one of the many projects that are essential for shaping the company’s future. You become Fagronised and you are part of a multinational pharmaceutical company. The fact that you are not merely working on the project but you get the chance to actively shape the project as well, makes it immensely challenging as well as rewarding."
What is your current role in Fagron?
"Internal Business Consultant, project manager for the development of a sterile and aseptic compounding unit in Lyon, France."
